I understand somewhat about bipolar as my brother and supposedly I myself have the condition as well as my eldest son who is 21. If you ever need a listening ear I will do my best. I know that bipolar can be a really very isolating lonely type of a disease and quite misunderstood.

Shawn has bipolar and seizures. He is such a handfull for grandma. He doesn't really know what he does, and so full of ME when he is like that, he takes from her her money and borrows from others expecting grandma to repay it. I do not lead him money, I try to talk to him and give him some structure, but he just turns around and does just the opposite.
The Lord told me several months ago not to throw him away as he had plans for Shawn, but Shawn thinks that he is a Christian and can do anything that he wants and God will just keep taking and taking this abuse that he gives out to others and what he is doing to himself and grandma.
I do hope that he truly opens his life up to the Lord and lets that healing start in his life. It might take prison again, for his life to turn around. Yes, a lot of people have come to the Lord in prison and brought many others with them.
Keep him in your prayers, time for him is running out I am afraid, and I have known him since he was about 9 or 10 years old. His mother is dead, and his dad he doesn't even know where he is, and his dad doesn't care about him at all. This is heavy for him I know, but Jesus can turn all this into victory if he will just commit all things unto His hands and give Him all the Glory.
