Very tired today. I slept fairly well, but need to learn that I got to follow that diet, exercise and rest properly. OF course trust more fully in His will for my life as His child...
I think that it was a good wakeup call for me, as these strokes do run in my mom's side of the family.
I also talked to my cousin last night and she told me that my half-sister is in the hospital and has been for several days, she will be going to a rehab place for a while. She had gotten to the place that she couldn't walk at all, she is several years older than me. I don't always get to talk to her when I call her, as her health is so bad, but the family tries to keep in touch in other ways.
Thanks, Our God is an awesome God.
